The Job

As the Digital Content Marketing Manager your responsibilities will include:

  • Create engaging copy for different audiences to drive users back to content with measurable results.
  • Assist in managing daily team tasks and approvals.
  • Work with the marketing lead to develop personalised user journeys based on preferences and behaviour.
  • Execute multi-channel campaigns using email, push notifications, social media, and more to extend reach.
  • Support brand consistency and value across the user lifecycle and marketing channels.
  • Ensure team output follows best practices in marketing, user experience, and brand tone.
  • Analyse data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Continuously optimize campaigns using a test-and-learn approach.
  • Propose new ideas to improve team output and strategy.
  • Ensure compliance with data and GDPR regulations.

You

  • 3+ years in CRM, marketing, communications, or growth, ideally in entertainment, media, or apps.
  • Proven copywriting skills, adaptable to different brand tones.
  • Self-motivated with a passion for customer marketing.
  • Strong data analysis, trend identification, and recommendation abilities.
  • Expertise in CRM best practices.
  • Experience with marketing automation, A/B testing, and personalization.
  • Skilled in project management from planning to execution.
  • Thrives in fast-paced environments and excellent organizational and planning skills.
  • Quick to learn new tools and tech.
  • Strong cross-functional and interpersonal skills.
  • Creative thinker.
