Position: Digital Manager

We are looking for a client facing Digital Manager, with experience planning and buying across multiple digital channels and platforms to join our digital activation team.

In this role, you will be involved in the end-to-end process from supporting our account team with digital planning recommendations, to setting up, optimising and reporting on digital campaigns. You will manage an exec

Key responsibilities:

  • Responsible for all digital media activation across Social, YouTube and Partner Direct buys for your clients
  • Support account team with partner, platform and tactic recommendations
  • Set up and optimise campaigns across key digital platforms
  • Ensure high accuracy of set ups and reporting through QA processes
  • Manage compilation of regular client reports, including analysis and recommendations to be shared
  • Develop and lead on comprehensive PCAs, QBRs, and buying reviews
  • Lead testing and innovation initiatives, supporting senior team with roadmaps
  • Oversee day-to-day actions of the team and assist with ad hoc client requests
  • Champion use of new Digital platforms and technologies to enhance planning and performance
  • Recommend new working practices to enhance the agency’s Digital planning and buying offering
  • Manage & train Digital Executives across the agency’s online portfolio
  • Skills and Knowledge
  • Previous media agency experience in a buying / activation team
  • Knowledge or experience across the following: Prisma, FB Ad Manager, Google Ads Manager, TikTok Ads
  • Strong in- platform knowledge with understanding of best practices
  • Experience across UK clients
  • Confidence, positivity and ability to present yourself amongst internal/external colleague.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and within a team
  • Great attention to detail, combined with great organisational skills
  • High level of computer literacy, especially in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Ability and confidence to learn and apply new skills

Desirable Skills:

  • Previous experience across gaming, toys or entertainment sectors
  • Experience with e-commerce platforms
  • Background working across international territories
  • Relevant degree/qualifications within Digital online space i.e FB Blueprint, IPA Digital exams etc
