THE COMPANY
Our client is a membership society focused on supporting its members in the medical sector to provide the best care for their patients. They're based in lovely offices in central London and offer hybrid working.

THE ROLE
As the digital specialist you
- understand the current core functionality of the website - trouble shooting bugs and technical issues
- identify areas for improvement and development and help develop the digital roadmap
- own and improve the reporting and analytics for the site performance
- provide day-to-day support of membership operations and develop a good member experience and user journey across all digital touchpoints

You will also manage digital projects as they arise such as their e-learning offering.


YOU
As the successful candidate for the job of Digital Manager you MUST have
- an excellent knowledge of system integration, user experience and user journeys
- in-depth understanding of both CRM and CMS platforms
- excellent data and metric analysis skills
- superb organisations skills and time management
- very strong verbal and written communications skills with outstanding attention to detail
- good problem solving skills

This role would suit an exceptional Senior Digital Executive (with experience on client side or agency side) who is keen on moving into a management position.


You MUST have native-level English skills and the right to work in the UK.
