Creative B2C Digital Marketing Executive needed with experience in email, social media, website management and paid digital. Office-based.

THE COMPANY
Our client is an urban regeneration and property development business.

THE ROLE
The Digital Marketing Executive will support digital activations across all channels, contribute to and improve campaigns and digital touchpoints across multiple areas of the business including property, food & beverage, arts & culture, co-working, commercial leasing, events & brand. This is an office-based role.

Key responsibilities include:

- Execute digital marketing strategies, with the aim to reach, acquire, convert, and engage
- Support the delivery of all digital marketing campaigns including optimising websites and landing pages to maximise performance and drive conversions
- Create, manage and optimise all content across digital marketing channels including websites, paid advertising platforms, social media and email
- Work closely with agency/partners to deliver successful paid advertising campaigns
- Create and optimise email marketing campaigns in alignment with the e-CRM strategy
- Manage, update and improve content across multiple websites and
work with agency/partners on SEO
- Assist with organic social media channels including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and YouTube. This includes inputting into the social strategy, content creation, delivery, and reporting
- Research of new channels and content ideas

YOU
- at least 2 years of hands-on experience across email, websites and social media
- Understanding of Google Analytics, SEO, PPC and paid social media campaign development, execution and reporting
- Experience writing briefs, liaising with agencies and contributing to the creative development of engaging campaigns
- Lead Generation and understanding of tactics and strategies to improve quality lead-generation
- Strong copywriting skills to ensure the brand tone-of-voice is reflected across all digital assets and content is engaging for customers
- Experience in HTML email creation, database management, and reporting
- Digital marketing analysis: conducting regular analysis and benchmarking which reflect industry best practice
- Proficient in Adobe CS Suite design software such as InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator
- B2C Digital marketing experience. Arts & Culture, Food, Property & the Creative Industries preferred
