Currently recruiting for a leading luxury services client who are looking to on-board a strategic hire digital marketing manager level. Ideal candidate will have broad digital marketing experience across multiple channels, enjoy execution particularly around Email & CRM Marketing and have good analytical skills around areas such as reporting and campaigns.

Close collaboration with tech, data and sales also key along with paid experience within google ads, meta and more.

Flat structure with extensive opportunities for growth with multiple projects in flight.

Responsibilities / Skills

  • Contribute to the Digital Marketing strategy including optimising digital presence, increasing brand visibility, engagement and conversions
  • Strong multi-channel marketing experience including email, website, content, paid media campaigns, SEO and more with a focus on supporting client engagement, retention and conversion
  • Strong campaign management experience including analysing results and providing recommendations
  • Collaborate with tech on CMS, UX, Website re-sign when it comes to marketing strategy
  • Work in partnership with external agencies to develop and deliver paid campaigns and SEO strategies.
  • Devise and manage the email marketing strategy - including campaigns set ups, segmentation, content, reporting and making recommendations to optimise the performance of all email marketing campaigns and automations.
  • Content / copywriting experience
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with wider business including PR, Social and Tech
  • Build and deliver quarterly reports on all digital performance such as completing A/B testing to improve conversions, sales and overall user experience.
  • Monitor and report on all digital activities via Google Analytics, CRM and other systems to test/learn and optimise digital performance/ improve the user journey.
  • Knowledge across all performance marketing channels, paid advertising products, features, settings, and optimisation possibilities and a proven record of running high quality user acquisition strategies.
  • Paid ad platforms such as Meta, Google Ads, LinkedIn, YouTube and TikTok. Current focus is more around Meta, Google Ads
  • Email campaigns and CRM strategy
  • Strong analytics and reporting skills within tools such as GA4
  • Enjoy working within a scaling business with a flat structure
