Quest Search & Selection is partnering with a media company within the B2B digital space. They are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to lead their social media and digital marketing strategy.

The business delivers the latest market trends and commercial & financial news for a specialist, leadership audience.

Key responsibilities of this Digital Marketing Manager - Mediarole:

  • Expand the market share of the digital publication brands.
  • Design and execute lead generation campaigns to support internal sales teams.
  • Oversee the execution of all lead generation campaigns, including segmentation and triggered emails.
  • Oversee the on-going B2B Digital client campaigns regarding sign-off of design, content, analytics. These campaigns can be mailshots, crm campaigns, targeting e-mails, whitepapers and thought leadership.
  • Oversee social media strategy, aligning it with the overall business plan.
  • Optimise SEO performance (technical & content led)
  • Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies within the marketing & events diary.
  • Handle initial budgets for paid search advertising.
  • Present results to management and stakeholders, emphasising ROI.
  • Coordinate with social agency briefings and production for PPC and paid social campaign.

Key requirements of this Digital Marketing Manager - Media role:

  • 4-5 years of experience in B2B digital space.
  • Proven ability to create and implement social media and marketing strategies.
  • Ideally having experience working in a high-growth online publication.
  • Familiarity with tools like WordPress, Google Analytics, and Mailchimp.
  • Basic HTML knowledge and strong IT skills.
  • Capability to collaborate with external developers and agencies.
  • Strong multitasking skills with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines under pressure.
