Do acronyms like PPC, SEO and CRO sound like music to your ears?If so, we you're probably the paid marketer we are looking for!We're working with one of the UK's leading financial service organisations seeking a Digital Marketing Manager in a newly created role, heading up the development of their paid strategy. The role is very heavy on paid advertising across both Google and META, at least in the first 6 - 12 months with initial budgets at around £600k but desire for them to double. The position is home based with a funded visit to London required on average once or maximum twice a month, and a few team building events a year. You will also be responsible for an agency spend of almost £2m.

Applicants must have minimum experience of managing over £350k in-house on search PPC, and ideally £100k+ paid social, as well as experience in SEO strategy, web UX, UI or CRO. B2C industry experience where you are driving large amounts of low to mid value sales is also important, ideally ecommerce, travel, insurance etc. Candidates that drive leads, and lower volume will not be considered.

Ability required:

  • Strong understanding of paid search, social media, programmatic, retargeting, CRO and SEO
  • Proficient in using digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Microsoft Ads)
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with GDPR, PECR and other relevant regulations
  • A degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred
