This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Digital Marketing Executive or Junior Digital Marketing Manager to innovate in a dynamic space. You will develop and execute marketing strategies, manage the clients owned and earned channels, and drive email/CRM execution in the UK and US, head up a lean marketing team to achieve scalable growth and high ROI.

Description

  • head up a lean marketing team, establishing best practices and scaling core marketing capabilities.
  • Develop and implement content marketing plans for scalable growth.
  • Oversee social media strategy and execution.
  • Identify key segments for impactful efforts and cooperate with the team to measure channel activations.
  • Design and conduct A/B tests with the sales, CS, and marketing teams to optimise user journey messaging.
  • Manage the creation of sales and customer success content, including decks, online resources, emails, and sales nurture journeys.
  • Play a crucial role in expanding into the USA by setting priority channels and budget requirements.
  • Oversee relationships with key external agency partners.
  • Quickly analyse and adjust campaigns based on performance trends.

Profile

A successful Digital Marketing Manager should have:

  • Educated in a related field or has 3+ years of relevant experience.
  • Proficient with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Proven success in a Growth Marketing role.
  • Adopts a test, learn, and refine mindset with an omnichannel approach.
  • Possesses an entrepreneurial mindset and cross-functional experience.
  • Passionate about Growth Marketing, with practical experience and theoretical knowledge.
  • Driven, logical, and results-oriented.
  • Experienced with WordPress.
  • Deep understanding of Google Analytics, Salesforce, and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Knowledge of HTML and SQL is a plus, but not essential.
  • Experience in influencer marketing is a bonus.
  • Enthusiastic about marketing and advertising.
