Digital Marketing Manager

(Focus on DTC, E-Comm and Performance Marketing)

Responsibilities

  • You will be the go-to expert for Performance Marketing at the company. Clients will look to you for advice on performance strategies as well as technical understanding.

  • Ensure campaigns meet client briefs and objectives on time.

  • Create and deliver reports on campaign progress.

  • Develop and execute performance marketing strategies across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and other platforms, focused on driving customer acquisition and sales growth.

  • Set and track KPIs to maximize ROI, revenue, and customer lifetime value.

  • Manage campaigns end-to-end, optimizing ad copy, bids, and targeting for performance.

  • Perform ongoing A/B tests on ads and landing pages to improve conversion rates.

  • Mentor junior members of the team and contribute to the upskilling of the agency as our DTC expert.

  • Analyse and report on key metrics (ROAS, CPA, CTR, etc.) to ensure campaign success.

  • Translate data insights into actionable recommendations for campaign adjustments.

  • Stay up-to-date on platform updates, algorithm changes, and new ad features across key platforms.

Skills required
  • Platforms such as, Google Ads, Google Merchant Centre, Google Analytics, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Tag Manager & Google Ads Editor

  • 3+ years experience of hands-on paid media marketing.

  • Experience working on highly successful DTC brands

  • 1+ years of client-facing experience (assisting delivery of QBR and monthly reports for example)

  • Proven track record of scaling accounts

  • Experience managing e-commerce campaigns and feed management

  • Interest in industry trends
