Digital Marketing Manager- Up to £40,000 DOE- London/ Hybrid

The Role

Are you an expert in paid media digital campaigns? Do you have experience working in a fast-paced agency environment and thrive on delivering exceptional results? If so, we have just the role for you.

We are looking to appoint an experienced and pro-active Digital Marketing Manager to our central London team.

You will take ownership of end-to-end campaign management, from strategy to optimisation. You will work closely with our creative and strategy teams to deliver impactful campaigns for clients across a range of sectors including healthcare, education, tech, and more.

This is a hybrid role, working a minimum of 3 days a week in the London office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Translate Client Briefs into Effective Campaign Strategies: Utilise agency experience to craft targeted campaign strategies in collaboration with wider teams.
  • Manage and Optimise Paid Marketing Campaigns: Own the end-to-end process of campaign creation, management, and optimisation across Google Ads, Meta, Linkedin, TikTok and other paid ad platforms.
  • Web Analytics Platforms for Performance Measurement: Use platforms like Google Analytics 4 to measure campaign impact and success, providing actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with Strategy and Creative Teams: Work closely with teams to identify top-performing ad formats and assets, guiding campaign activation for optimal results.
  • Build Dashboards and KPI Tracking Reports: Create comprehensive tracking reports for informed decision-making and performance evaluation.
  • Demonstrate Impeccable Time Management: Efficiently handle multiple projects, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines consistently.
  • Expertise in Digital Ad Platforms: Utilise deep knowledge of platforms like Google Ads and Meta Ads to drive strategic campaign execution.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Make informed decisions based on data analysis, maximising ROI through performance reporting and analysis.
  • Expert in earned media and SEO strategies: Solid understanding of SEO techniques, best practices and developing effective SEO strategies

  • Expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid social platforms.
