I am recruiting a Performance Marketing Manager for a 6-month FTC. This role requires a digital marketing expert ready to drive growth across their online, retail, and wholesale channels. Below are the qualifications and responsibilities I'm seeking.
Qualifications- Essential Experience: A minimum of 3 years in performance marketing, ideally within fashion or luxury sectors, and a proven track record in affiliate marketing.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in digital marketing tools, with hands-on experience in campaign optimization platforms (TripleWhale, Looker Studio, and Tableau are a bonus).
- Strong Budgeting and ROI Management: A history of managing budgets efficiently and driving ROI through well-structured campaigns.
- Collaboration: Comfortable working closely with cross-functional teams, including creative, merchandising, and PR, to align strategies effectively.
- Digital Strategy Leadership: Develop and optimize performance marketing strategies across multiple digital channels (Paid Search, Display, Paid Social, and Affiliate Marketing).
- Campaign Oversight and Mentorship: Lead campaign setup, tracking, and reporting, supporting the Digital Marketing Executive to ensure high standards.
- Creative Direction: Collaborate with the Creative Team to guide ad content and visuals across all paid channels.
- Affiliate Marketing Growth: Drive expansion of the affiliate program with the PR team, enhancing and broadening partnerships to support growth.
- Budget and Performance Tracking: Ensure campaigns meet growth targets by managing budgets and tracking key KPIs such as ROAS, CPA, and LTV, focusing on both short- and long-term goals.
