Altum Consulting is conducting an exclusive search for a fast-growing eCommerce business. We are looking for a proactive Digital Marketing Manager to lead online marketing initiatives. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced marketer to drive strategy, shape our product presence, and lead campaigns across major eCommerce platforms. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop & Execute Strategy: Craft and execute data-driven digital marketing strategies to achieve sales targets.
  • Lead & Mentor a Global Team: Guide a team of specialists in the UK, India, and China in product, PPC, and content efforts.
  • PPC & Product Strategy: Oversee campaigns on world leading retailers, while shaping the EU product strategy through research and market insights.
  • Optimise Content & Digital Presence: Manage content on digital platforms, including website, SEO, social media, email, and affiliate marketing.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with Sales and Operations for cohesive marketing plans and deliver consistent campaign performance reports.
  • New Product Development: Support product launches with research-backed go-to-market strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field, with 5-7 years in digital marketing strategy.
  • Expertise in Google Analytics, SEO, PPC, and a plus if familiar with Kenshoo.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to drive data-driven insights.
  • Team player, skilled at cross-functional collaboration and inspiring teams.
