Digital Marketing Manager Location: UKLength: 24 monthsRate: £400.75 - £475.44 per day (INSIDE IR35)Hours: 9am-6pm Job DescriptionRole BriefMotivated, innovative, and performance-oriented digital Marketing Manager. Responsible for driving acquisition, engagement, and retention for Our Clients Live Sports and Live Events content through our Owned & Operated digital channels for our client.This role will involve planning and executing on-site digital campaigns. You will become an expert in using in-house digital marketing and scheduling tools to run campaigns while continually testing and improving existing processes to make them more effective and efficient. You will collaborate with teams around the world to provide insights and learnings for your channels that can be rolled out worldwide.To be successful in this role you will have a mix of marketing and product management skills, as well as being comfortable with new tools and technologies. Your marketing knowledge together with your analytical and problem-solving skills, will lead you to deliver against tangible business growth metrics for your channel. You will work autonomously, build relationships outside of your immediate team, and have demonstrable experience in managing multiple and diverse stakeholders. You will make smart decisions and be seen as an expert in your field. You will push the boundaries by testing and optimizing our vision of easily discoverable Live Sports content with Our Client within a dynamic and personalized customer experience, driving awareness and engagement across multiple European locales.Key responsibilities will include:
  • Define and set up on-site campaign plans for Live Sports / Live Events for our Clients Owned & Operated marketing channels with the goal of converting customer interest into engagement with our content
  • Deliver consistently robust multi-touch, on-site, and on-app campaigns for Live Sports / Live Events launches while driving content discoverability, channel growth, and supporting business performance across sports properties and locales
  • Brief and liaise with creative production teams to deliver marketing assets within your specifications and needs in terms of on-site marketing and messaging
  • Deliver consistent channel growth and performance improvements, against key metrics across both the established locales and our expansion into new locales
  • Define your channel strategies and manage a continuous, meticulously planned, and documented test plan
  • Write proposals, testing roadmaps, and campaign reviews, to be delivered up to VP level and shared globally
  • Deep dive channel performance and champion an ever-raising bar of insight and performance tracking for your channels
  • Work closely with other marketing teams within our Clients profile, to ensure key launches and partnerships are well supported
  • Drive the implementation of new, scalable programs in partnership with Our Client's Product teams across the global organization, championing Our Clients EU customers’ needs
Basic Qualifications:
  • Professional experience in product marketing, consulting, growth marketing, performance marketing, or marketing research
  • Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements
  • Experience presenting metrics and progress to goal to senior leadership Professional experience in marketing or marketing research

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience using Excel or similar tools and analyzing metrics to measure impact and determine improvements
  • Ability to learn and operate in-house digital marketing scheduling tools
  • Experience in stakeholder management, working with a wide range of internal partners, to document and present strategies and provide periodic updates to internal and external audiences
  • Ability to manage blocking issues, provide escalation management, anticipate and make trade-offs, and meet committed delivery timelines
  • Experience working with Tech teams to develop or improve tooling and/or user features
  • Passion or interest for Live Music and Sports and the digital entertainment industry
  • A good understanding of digital products and interactive entertainment
  • Experience in multi-territory digital campaign management
  • Fluency in another European language (German, French, Italian, Spanish or Swedish)
  • Basic knowledge of SQL and data visualization tools (Tableau, Quick Sight)
