Join Our Client as a Digital Marketing Manager!

Fixed Term Contract: 3 Months

Location: Primarily Remote (Occasional Presence in London or Windsor)

Rate 400 - 450 (umbrella) or 50k PAYE

About the Role:

As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will work closely with the Head of Retail Marketing to manage multi-million-pound performance marketing campaigns. Your mission? To ensure that all marketing activities are laser-focused on driving efficient customer and commercial growth. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and Plan: Create distinctive and compelling performance marketing activities that maximise sales, Cost Per Sale (CPS), and Return on Marketing Investment (ROMI).
  • Connect with Consumers: Identify opportunities to help the brand connect with consumers, enhancing reappraisal and consideration.
  • Support ATL Campaigns: Act as a digital expert for wider Above The Line (ATL) campaigns, overseeing everything from media planning to creative development.
  • Creative Development: Build attention-grabbing, platform-first creative that resonates with customers and drives action.
  • Launch New Products: Support the launch of new propositions and products using a multi-channel approach to scope out markets and facilitate test-and-learn strategies.
  • Performance Marketing Roadmap: Collaborate with our agency and the Head of Retail Marketing to define and communicate a clear performance marketing roadmap.
  • Best Practises: Promote performance marketing best practises, working with agencies and platforms to deliver top-tier marketing efforts.
  • Insights and Reporting: Deliver paid media reporting and insights to keep the business informed of current trading performance and opportunities.
  • Collaboration: Foster collaboration across Business Units (BUs) by integrating planning and sharing best practises.

  • Budget Management: Ability to manage marketing budgets efficiently, ensuring optimal allocation of resources.
