As they expand their digital presence, they are seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to lead their online strategy, drive customer engagement, and accelerate lead generation.

About the Role - The Digital Marketing Manager will develop and execute a data-driven marketing strategy to enhance online visibility, generate leads, and support sales growth. This role requires expertise in B2B marketing, SEO, PPC, email campaigns, content marketing, and analytics. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital trends and the ability to optimise marketing channels for maximum impact.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Planning and Coordination
  • Develop and implement a results-driven digital marketing strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Work collaboratively with Sales and Buying & Merchandising Departments to drive digital growth.
  • Optimise website content and digital presence to enhance user experience and lead generation.
  • SEO & PPC Management
  • Conduct keyword research, on-page and off-page SEO to improve organic search rankings.
  • Manage and optimize Google Ads and social media paid campaigns for lead generation.
  • Monitor and analyse performance metrics, adjusting campaigns for maximum ROI.
  • Email & Automation Marketing
  • Develop and execute email marketing campaigns targeting B2B customers.
  • Implement automation workflows for lead nurturing and customer retention.
  • Optimize email performance through A/B testing and segmentation.
  • Content & Social Media Management
  • Oversee the creation of engaging B2B content, including product showcases, blog posts, and trade show materials.
  • Manage and execute content for social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube, TikTok).
  • Plan and oversee product photography and digital campaigns.
  • Website & Digital Performance Management
  • Regularly update website banners, categories, and product information.
  • Track agreed metrics and present findings to the CEO.
  • Manage website functions such as abandoned cart processing and out-of-stock notifications.
  • Event & Exhibition Support
  • Assist in preparing marketing materials for trade shows and exhibitions.
  • Design digital and print product catalogues for seasonal campaigns.
  • Create and maintain yearly calendars across digital platforms, including Google Ads and the company website.
  • Analytics & Reporting
  • Track, measure, and report on campaign performance using Google Analytics and marketing tools.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve marketing effectiveness.
  • Stay up to date with digital marketing trends and emerging technologies.

Qualifications -

  • Experience: Minimum 3 years in digital marketing, preferably in a B2B industry.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Google Ads, SEO tools, email marketing, social media management, and Adobe.
  • Creativity & Analytical Thinking: Ability to craft compelling content and optimize marketing strategies.
  • Project Management: Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal English skills.

Desirable Qualifications -

  • Experience in wholesale, textiles, or manufacturing industries.
  • Knowledge of ERP and CRM systems for marketing integration.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation and AI-driven tools.
