Digital Marketing Manager - City of London/Hybrid - up to £45,000pa + Bonus

They have built an enviable reputation for being business partners to their clients and you will be stepping into a team who have already placed a clear focus on developing thriving communities of professionals within their vertical.

With many foundations already in place as well as an established, trustworthy brand, you will be instrumental in accelerating the growth of their presence utilising a variety of social platforms including Linkedin, TikTok and Instagram.

THAT SAID, this isn't a role that is merely focussed on getting increased 'likes’!

There is huge emphasis on data, strategy and communication, understanding what works well, why it works and when it needs to be done.

As you will take charge of this strategy, you will naturally need great communication skills to engage with others within the business, creating excitement and buy-in across all departments.

Your role will include:

  • Manage all social channels
  • Take full ownership of content, projects and results
  • Be the 'go to’ ideas guru - working with the Founder and the entire team on personal branding
  • Liase with internal and external stakeholders
  • Drive the growth of their professional community and increasing awareness of their various channels

Have you got….

  • An engaging communication style with the ability to clearly explain concepts to non-marketing stakeholders
  • A positive approach
  • Proven experience within a responsible Digital Marketing role
  • A creative and entrepreneurial mindset to compliment the Founder’s approach and energy
  • Interest in Socials, TikTok, YouTube, Vlogs, Blogs and all things creative
  • Confident user of relevant tech including Wordpress, Canva, Photoshop and Canva
