Are you a digital expert in the dental field with a deep understanding of digital workflows and cutting-edge technology? This is an exciting opportunity for a technically skilled, sales-oriented professional to take on a pivotal role within a leading global company in the dental industry.

THE ROLE

As a Digital Product Specialist, you will support territory managers and clients across the UK by providing in-depth technical knowledge, product demonstrations, and training on digital dentistry solutions, including intraoral scanners, CBCT systems, 3D printers, and implant planning software. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating with the UK sales team to assist in closing deals for digital products.
  • Offering clients ongoing support with digital workflows, helping them optimize implant planning and related processes.
  • Conducting training sessions for both clients and internal teams on the integration and implementation of digital products in dental practices.
  • Troubleshooting technical issues for clients and acting as the first point of contact for problem-solving.
  • Staying updated on the latest advancements in digital dentistry to ensure clients have access to the most innovative solutions.
