Our client has an opportunity for a Project Management Business Partner to join them on a contract basis until November 2025 with possibility of extension. You will be supporting the growth of the Services Ecosystem Development & Integration.
Role: Project Management Business Partner - IT
Location: London - Strand. 60% onsite
Hours: 35 hours per week
Clearance: BPSS required to start
Hourly Rate: Up to 39.04 per hour via Umbrella, inside IR35
Travel: potential ad-hoc travel to Europe
Objectives:
- Connectivity (from A/C to ground)
- On-board digital platform (incl. server, network, WAPs, IoT)
- On-ground digital platform (incl. Cloud, Monitoring, Confir Management)
- Connected assets (e.g. cameras, IoT sensors)
- Management of ecosystem (E2E digital applications and services)
- Foster new service development internally and externally
- Onboard new service partners
- Support offer ability management for new services and apps
What you'll be doing:
- Set up governance
- Progress review follow-up
- Management plan
- Stakeholder management
- Set up KPIs
- Roadmap/timeline
Requirements:
Essential
- First experiences in Project Management
- Digital project management experience
- Good understanding of process management
- Good understanding and working knowledge of whole project lifecycle
- Good understanding of tools
- Customer focused and excellent communicator
- You are recognised for your ability to:
- Listen, understand and respond in a constructive manner
- Demonstrate a view of both the bigger picture and attention to detail
- Perform as an individual while being a team player
- Take initiative
- Build strong relationships, stakeholder management
- Work autonomously, strong skills to Structure the project
- Speak and understand English (negotiation level)
