KRG are looking for a passionate and strategic Director of Digital Talent to cover a 6 month maternity leave, with the goal of transitioning into a permanent role at the end of the contract.

Role Overview:As the Director of Digital Talent, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the digital talent strategy. You will manage one direct report and collaborate closely with, and report into the CEO to onboard new talent and enhance their service offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive digital talent strategy aligned with agency goals.
  • Lead the outreach and onboarding process for new digital talent including social media Content Creators, YouTubers etc, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
  • Cultivate relationships with digital talent across various niches, providing guidance and support for their career strategy.
  • Hands on management of an existing roster of digital talent - accompanying them to events, shoots etc where necessary.
  • Facilitate and lead on brand partnership campaigns for your roster of talent.
  • Maintain regular communication with the CEO, providing updates on talent strategy and team billings/ performance.
  • Manage and support one direct report, fostering their growth and development.
  • Ensure diversity and inclusion are at the forefront of all talent initiatives.
  • Represent the agency at industry events and networking opportunities.

Who You Are:

  • Proven experience in talent management role, experienced representing a roster of digital talent/Content Creators.
  • Strong understanding of the digital landscape, social media and emerging trends.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a passion for fostering talent and brand partnerships.
  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
  • Experience in managing teams and mentoring individuals.
