The Graduate Retail Head Office Scheme is a dynamic rotational program designed to provide recent graduates with a comprehensive understanding of the retail industry.

The scheme offers hands-on experience across core head office functions such as Marketing, Branding, Commercial, and E-commerce.

The role and responsibilities Graduate Retail Head Office Scheme - Dubai:

• This is a rotational role where you will insight into different aspects of the head office function such as -
• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
• Collaborate with the e-commerce team to optimise online store performance.
• Support category management initiatives to drive profitability and stock efficiency.
• Engage with key retail partners to enhance in-store execution and promotions.
• Assist in sales performance analysis to identify key trends and opportunities.
• Collaborate with the buying and merchandising teams to ensure product availability and pricing strategies
• Support the development of sales and revenue strategies to achieve business objectives.
• Support online marketing efforts, including SEO, paid ads, and email marketing.
• Analyse e-commerce performance metrics to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and dashboards to communicate performance and insights to stakeholders.
• You will also work closely with senior leaders and cross-functional teams, gaining practical insights into the operations of each department.

To be successful in this Graduate Retail Head Office Scheme - Dubai:

• Recent graduate with a Bachelors or Masters Degree
• They are open to any degree background.
• Ideally have 2.1 or above degree result
• Is flexible and have high level of initiative to start a career in different country & culture
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong interest in the retail industry and head office functions.
