Group Digital Marketing Manager - Fashion & Lifestyle Brand

What You'll Do:

  • Develop and deliver a comprehensive digital marketing strategy for two renowned lifestyle brands.
  • Work closely with the E-Commerce and Trading teams to drive customer acquisition, conversion, and retention across search, social media, affiliates, and email marketing.
  • Take ownership of traffic performance and hit site traffic targets on a weekly, monthly, and annual basis.
  • Lead and inspire the Digital Marketing Assistant, keeping up with the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing.
  • Manage budgets and allocate spend efficiently to maximise returns across channels.
  • Communicate campaign performance against KPIs, identifying growth opportunities and recommending improvements.
  • Drive customer engagement through optimised social channels, affiliate partnerships, display ads, and email database growth.
  • Manage relationships with third-party partners to ensure maximum exposure during key events.
  • Oversee the digital marketing calendar and align it with business objectives and market opportunities.

What You'll Bring:

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in performance marketing, with hands-on expertise in Meta, TikTok, and Google platforms.
  • Proven track record of using analytics and data-driven insights to guide decision-making and optimise campaigns.
  • Strong commercial acumen and an ability to propose KPIs that align with growth objectives.
  • Excellent communication skills - you're confident expressing ideas clearly and effectively to a range of stakeholders.
  • A can-do attitude and a proactive approach to managing multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Experience in managing and motivating a team, ensuring everyone reaches their full potential.
