Our client is a reputable nursery group with a strong presence in South London. They are a family run business offering state of the art facilities across their sites, and pride themselves on providing a fun and caring environment to encourage each child to fulfil their potential in their precious pre-school years.
The successful candidate will work closely with the COO and be influential in driving growth across the group. You will lead in the upskilling of Nursery Managers in all areas of commercial excellence, agree and drive on an advertising strategy and vision that complements each site, and report regularly to the board to ensure continuous improvement.
Responsibilities:
- Agree the brand strategy and values, ensuring suitability across all channels
- Regular Nursery visits to agree strategic growth objectives and their delivery
- Promote a culture of customerexcellence - continuously identifying opportunities for improvement
- Work onsite with managers to improve understanding of gaps and opportunities for growth
- Report by Nursery on enquiries, show rounds, registrations and advertising activity
- Ensure every enquiry follows the correct process
- Deliver growth training to all managers and deputies ensuring a quality experience for all parents
- Support all managers to exceed budgeted occupancy
- Carry out occupancy growth induction for all managers
- Ensure all web and digital activity is consistent and designed accordingly
- Take responsibility for all Events including open days
- Provide the COO and board with a regular update with all agreed KPI’s
Requirements:
- Sales and marketing experience within a relatable healthcare environment (e.g. nurseries or care home)
- Proven track record of increasing enquiry, conversation and occupancy rates
- Proven track record of increasing revenue
- Experience reporting on performance and figures in a senior board level setting
