Head of B2C MarketingLocation: Sussex (3 days per week)Salary: £65k-£70k (up to £75k for the right candidate)
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Head of B2C Marketing to join a growing business in the Sussex area.
- Develop and execute strategic marketing campaigns across ecommerce, paid social, email, and organic channels.
- Manage and lead a small, dynamic team, including e-commerce managers, designers, and website operations.
- Take a hands-on approach with digital performance marketing and customer acquisition, focusing on an omnichannel strategy.
- Collaborate closely with the CEO and senior leadership to align marketing strategies with business goals.
- Own the marketing budget, campaign execution, and seasonal planning to drive business growth.
- Ensure effective tracking and use of data/insights to inform decision-making and improve marketing performance.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in B2C marketing, with a strong focus on campaign acquisition and digital performance marketing.
- Experience with platforms such as Shopify, Klaviyo, and a solid understanding of omnichannel marketing.
- Strong leadership experience with a track record of managing teams and driving results.
- Data-driven, with the ability to interrogate dashboards and drive insights from analytics (PowerBI knowledge is a plus).
- A blend of strategic thinking and hands-on execution.
- Ability to understand customer profiles, particularly in relation to seasonality and product targeting.
