You will be responsible for delivering the overall digital and lead generation strategy to drive the business forward to achieve its growth targets, alongside the following scope or responsibilities.
- Design and execute innovative growth strategies to expand market reach, lead generation and identify new revenue streams.
- Combine technical performance marketing expertise with commercial acumen, ensuring campaigns deliver maximum ROI.
- Develop, oversee and lead integrated marketing campaigns across PPC, SEO, social media, email marketing, and automation platforms.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team across paid search & organic, social media, Marketo, Salesforce, video content, and graphic design.
- Continuously test, analyse, and optimise website conversion rates, paid media strategies, and organic search results.
- Establish key strategic partnerships and reseller/intermediary distribution networks to drive lead acquisition and brand growth.
Successful applicants will be able to demonstrate a highly commercial approach to maximising ROI through highly effective multi- channel campaign management, growth initiatives optimising funnel activity through effective lead generation, customer acquisition and innovation. Experience gained with recurring revenue, subscription or SaaS based organisations is highly desirable.
