Are you a commercially driven Digital Marketing Manager with expertise in managing Digital Agencies and informing content strategies? I am working with a fast growing professional service business who are looking to expand their marketing team, you will ensure the agency deivers the highest value within the marketing budget across key digital marketing channels, whilst holding the agencies accountable for meeting goals and KPI's.
The Role:
- Oversee and manage external digital marketing agencies to drive performance and ROI.
- Lead Paid Search, Paid Social, SEO, and CRO campaigns, ensuring continuous optimisation.
- Analyse key metrics (CPC, CPA, CTR, ROAS) and provide data-driven recommendations.
- Manage budgets and allocate spend effectively across digital channels.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align digital marketing strategies with business goals.
- Stay ahead of industry trends to identify new growth opportunities.
Experience and skills
- 10 years in digital marketing with a focus on SEO, PPC, Paid Social, and CRO.
- Educated to a degree level
- Proven experience managing agencies and holding them accountable for results.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to drive performance optimisation.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Experience in the financial or travel sector is a plus but not essential.
