A well-established British heritage brand, renowned for its premium apparel, is seeking a strategic and results-driven Head of Ecommerce and Digital. This pivotal role will drive the brand's online growth, focusing on optimising digital strategy, enhancing customer experience, and maximising revenue.

The client, with a rich history spanning over a century, has experienced significant online expansion and now seeks a seasoned digital leader to further accelerate its digital transformation. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive 360-degree digital strategy, encompassing ROAS, CRM, UX, and conversion optimisation.

This role requires a candidate with a proven track record of significantly growing an online e-commerce business. They will possess strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of customer behaviour, and the ability to manage a substantial P&L. The individual will lead demand forecasting, budget allocation, and revenue optimisation, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing the end-to-end digital strategy.
  • Driving revenue growth, profitability, and customer lifetime value.
  • Managing the P&L for Ecommerce, Digital Marketing, and CRM.
  • Leading demand and customer behaviour forecasting.
  • Overseeing performance marketing and paid media strategies.
  • Developing and implementing CRM and lifecycle marketing initiatives.
  • Leading website and digital roadmap development.
  • Developing and executing an international online growth strategy.
  • Managing website localisation and payment gateways.
  • Utilising analytics and data to enhance the customer experience.
  • Collaborating with the Web Development team to improve website functionality.

Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in marketing, business, or a related discipline.
  • Extensive experience in growing an online e-commerce business.
  • Strong expertise in ROAS, CRM, UX, and conversion optimisation.
  • Proficiency with Google Analytics and other relevant analytical tools.
  • Working knowledge of Artificial Intelligence and its application in e-commerce.
  • Excellent organisational, analytical, and communication skills.
