We are pleased to be working with an ambitious and value-driven law firm on a search for a dynamic and experienced Head of Marketing and Communications. This role will lead and manage the firm’s strategic and day-to-day marketing communications. This is a high-profile role with the opportunity to make a significant impact by enhancing internal and external communications, digital channels, brand identity, PR, and client communications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement firm-wide communications aligned with strategic goals.
- Oversee PR, directories, awards, and rankings, managing the firm’s reputation and corporate messaging.
- Lead the creation of high-quality, engaging content across all platforms (written, audio, video) to support business growth.
- Act as the firm’s brand guardian, ensuring a cohesive visual identity and supporting the HR team on employer branding initiatives.
- Manage digital strategy.
- Lead the Marketing Communications Team.
- Manage relationships with external suppliers (PR, SEO, design agencies), ensuring ROI on all marketing activities.
Requirements:
- Strong leadership and project management skills with experience in marketing communications in a professional services environment.
- Proven track record in content creation, digital marketing, and brand management.
- Ability to manage external suppliers and agencies, including PR and SEO firms.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage with senior stakeholders.
- Experience in developing and executing successful digital marketing strategies.
