Market leading & hugely popular eCommerce Consumer business - one of the fastest growing D2C brands out there at the moment. The Head of Product Growth must have D2C experience.

Role:
  • Head of Product Growth - forefront of expansion efforts.
  • Develop & execute Growth Strategies - attract & retain the best customers.
  • Shaping Product Growth Strategy.
  • Focus on long-term value creation over mere conversion rates.
  • Deep understanding of Product Marketing with a Data-Driven approach to drive growth.
  • Optimising the e-commerce/website Customer Experience & Customer Journey.
  • Ensure products resonate with customers while aligning with brand values.
  • Lead ecommerce/website experience initiatives - ensure compelling storytelling, effective merchandising & a seamless Customer Journey.
  • Leverage key Digital Marketing Channels such as - Meta & Google - optimise online presence & customer acquisition efforts.
  • Analyse data to understand - customer behaviour & market trends.
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing team - ensure product offerings are well-represented & aligned with customer expectations & brand ethos.
  • Foster a culture of experimentation & innovation - continuously testing innovative approaches.
  • Drive cross-functional efforts with - Branding, Marketing, Analytic & Technology teams.

Experience Required:
  • Product Growth - experience gained within respected D2C brand.
  • Tech or Consumer sector experience.
  • Partnering with - UX Designers, Product Managers & Engineers/Developers - driving product
  • growth.
  • Scaling a Product or Brand - strong emphasis on eCommerce/website experience & customer engagement.
  • Key Digital Marketing Platforms - Meta, Google, etc - hands-on experience.
  • Data Insights & Analytical Skills - translate Data Insights into actionable growth strategies.
  • Background in Product Marketing, Analytics - related field - transitioned into a Growth/Product-oriented role.
  • Exceptional understanding of - Storytelling, Offers & Merchandising - relating to site experience & Customer Journey.
  • Strategic Thinker - have a passion for product respect & long-term customer value over short-term gains.
  • Leadership - exceptional leadership skills - ability to inspire, motivate & leading teams to achieve growth objectives.
