Senior IAM Manager (Identity & Access Management)

London/ Hybrid

£100k - £120k + Package

Global professional services firm considered a leader within their field is looking to hire a new Senior IAM Manager, this role will involve working with end clients and providing consulting solutions to end clients across various verticals including Financial Services, Government and Commerce & Industry.

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager to join our team, the ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to lead and inspire a team.

Demonstrating on a day-to-day basis your strong business acumen and a technology-focused, innovative mindset to drive forward our strategic initiatives.

Roles and responsibilities:

  • Providing subject matter expertise in Identity and Access Management (IAM)

  • Leading transformations in areas such as identity governance, privileged access management, access management and customer identity access management

  • Understanding personal and team roles; contributing to a positive working environment by building solid relationships with team members; proactively seeking guidance, clarification and feedback

  • Communicating in an organised and knowledgeable manner in written and verbal formats including delivering clear requests for information and communicating potential conflicts

Expectations:

  • You can demonstrate good knowledge and/or a proven record of success in the Identity Access Management space, particularly in strategy, delivery experience, or assurance for identity and access management solutions

  • You possess experience in a client-facing role although this is not essential

  • You can work from our office for 2-3 days a week, delivering clear requests for information; demonstrating flexibility in prioritising and completing tasks; and communicating potential conflicts to a supervisor

  • You can leverage your extensive IAM expertise and leadership capabilities to make a significant impact on our organization and its clients
