We are currently collaborating with a luxury jewellery brand that has established itself as one of the world's leading jewellers, known for its beauty and versatility. The brand is stocked in some of the most prestigious stores and retailers worldwide.
This exciting role for a Marketing & PR Manager involves the development and implementation of a global PR and marketing strategy across multiple channels, while also managing the marketing team, including graphic designer and photographers.
The ideal candidate will be an experienced marketer with a deep understanding of digital channels. A passion for luxury fashion and jewellery is essential, along with a keen eye for detail, excellent interpersonal skills, creative flair, and a proactive, self-starter attitude.
The role requires you to be detail-oriented, organized, and able to collaborate effectively with both internal and external team members. You will be a team player who enjoys cross-team collaboration to drive the marketing strategy. Additionally, you will be highly organised and strategic, overseeing a comprehensive marketing approach that includes social media content, partnerships, influencer marketing, and email campaigns.
Role Responsibilities
- Establish the overarching marketing strategy, working closely with the founder to develop concise messaging and impactful launches.
- CRM Management- working with our creative team to design emails, create a CRM schedule and manage the send out of these emails
- Brainstorm new and creative ideas to engage the community with compelling content, develop and oversee competitions and collaborations to draw attention to the brand.
- Own and manage the marketing calendar with the support of the of the Marketing team.
- Develop organic and paid social media strategies across multiple channels including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, website and PR to increase brand awareness, build community and foster customer engagement.
- Direct social media content that will engage our community and target new clients.
- Manage copy for email and social accounts.
- Oversee imagery and content to coincide with the marketing calendar and social strategy
- Marketing budget management.
- Pop up and event management.
- Management of the wholesale marketing engagement .
- Analyse and report on marketing strategies
- Stay up to date with the latest social media trends and digital technologies - advising the wider team on social strategy.
- Manage and organise shoots for the brand. These range from e-commerce shoots to more creative campaign shoots
Who You Are

- 6-10 years’ experience in marketing roles within the luxury / fashion retail environment.
- Excellent communication skills, English fluency, both verbal and written.
- The ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic graphic design and adobe skills are recommended
