About our Client:

Position: Part-Time Marketing and Communications Manager

Contract Type: Permanent

Salary: FTE £36,017-40,00 Pro Rata £20,581-£22857 (TAKE HOME)

Working Pattern: Part-Time (20 hours per week)

Responsibilities:

  • Implement engaging multi-channel marketing campaigns to support membership growth, commercial sales, and engagement with target audiences across our client's range of programmes.
  • Create effective marketing campaigns to drive attendance at events, convert non-member audiences into members, and identify opportunities to increase commercial revenue.
  • Utilise analytical skills to forecast trends and identify opportunities, presenting clear plans and reports.
  • Demonstrate creativity and innovation in utilising traditional and emerging marketing channels, with a special focus on expanding the client's social media presence and engagement.
  • Ensure brand consistency and act as a brand guardian at key touchpoints.

Requirements:

  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
  • Minimum of three years' experience in a marketing role
  • Superb written communication skills, with previous copywriting experience as a plus
  • Strong understanding of social media and digital marketing practises
  • Proactive and able to work independently
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Suite software, Canva, CRM systems, and website CMS
  • Knowledge of GDPR, data protection, and marketing best practises
