Your new company

You will be joining a forward-thinking, innovative, & collaborative BD & Marketing team as the firm goes through an exciting period following new BD & Marketing leadership with lots of focus on the function & exciting projects upcoming & a transition to being a more campaign focused team.My client is a city law firm with a good reputation in the market & has worked on some high-profile matters. They're big on investing in their people & have a positive workplace culture.

Your new role

You will be responsible for the strategy, planning, & delivery of a broad range of engaging & informative content across a full range of channels & ensuring the firm's messaging & language is consistent. This Marketing Manager role will involve driving more video & podcast content, improving the effectiveness of the firm's website, & boosting social media engagement & digital comms.This is a full-time contract lasting for 6 months to cover parental-leave in the team & the firm are keen to get someone started soon. You'll report into their BD & Marketing Director & the office is based in the City of London with a 3/2 hybrid working arrangement.

What you'll need to succeed

This role will suit an existing Manager looking for a new challenge or an experienced Senior Executive looking to gain Manager experience on their CV. Previous experience in legal or professional services is essential & you should be able to demonstrate:

  • Evidence where you've taken ownership of marketing communication projects & the results you've achieved
  • Strong copywriting skills & building out a compelling story/narrative across a range of content
  • Experience working within a Partnership environment & an awareness of the nuances that come with it
  • Be a credible communicator with strong stakeholder management skills
  • Experience with Directory/Award submissions would be beneficial
  • Strong Marcomms focus across your career & can bring creativity & enthusiasm to a new role
