Looking for a Mandarin speaker with experience of UK property marketing. Note, UK property marketing experience is a MUST HAVE.

THE COMPANY
Our client is an urban regeneration and property development business.

THE ROLE
The role requires an experienced marketer to support the delivery of the sales and lettings marketing strategy globally. With a strong level of autonomy, you will be an integral part of a busy marketing team. Key responsibilities include:

- Support on delivering the annual marketing and events strategies to drive leads and awareness for the residential offering (sales and rental), both in the UK and Overseas
- Maintenance of marketing materials including, visual identities, brochures, models, floorplans, virtual reality, interactive content, show homes and marketing suite
- Work with the Senior Marketing Manager to manage and support all creative agencies and digital agencies including marketing suppliers, media buying agencies, PR agencies and China facing digital agencies
- Oversee press opportunities and communicate with the team for approval, review press releases and agree sign off with key stakeholders
- Content creation for digital marketing campaigns and platforms (email, website, landing pages) in collaboration with internal digital marketing team
- Proof and approve a full-range of marketing material from property brochures, to direct mail, to email marketing
- Manage the China social accounts and the supporting content agency, including but not limited to WeChat, RED and Weibo. Support the wider marketing teams understanding of the platforms and how to optimise content
- Manage delivery and coordination of marketing collateral for international and national residential exhibitions and events
- Manage the translation of all marketing materials into Mandarin to support marketing campaigns and agent activity globally
- Data analysis before, during and after campaigns and reporting, turning data into insight, and insight in action

YOU
- Understanding of the new build property market
- Interest and ongoing development to understand the behaviours and attributes of customers in China for both property and the place
- High level of attention to detail and highly organised
- Knowledge of lead data analysis
- Articulate and excellent communicator (verbal and written)
- Knowledge of China facing platforms such as WeChat etc.
- Mandarin speaker

You must have native-level English Skills and the right to work in the UK.
