Marketing Innovation Lead
London/ Hybrid

The role of Marketing Innovation Lead, sits within our hard working and fun Global Marketing function and is crucial in supporting the alignment of marketing strategies with the innovation pipeline at Juice Plus+. This position contributes to meeting Partner and Consumer needs and supporting business growth on a global scale. This role requires a good understanding of market trends, consumer insights, and product development processes within the health and wellness sector.

Your day to day:

  • Assist the Director, Category, Global Marketing, in executing comprehensive innovation strategies aligned with company goals, focusing on incremental innovation and supporting the target launch of two new products annually.
  • Conduct market research to gather information on emerging trends, consumer needs, and the competitive landscape to inform the innovation roadmap.
  • Support the development of a 3-year pipeline and assist with concept testing to inform direction.
  • Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to contribute to the timely and efficient delivery of innovation projects.
  • Assist in managing innovation from concept to launch.
  • Analyse consumer insights, market data, and trend reports to identify potential opportunities for innovation and help refine product concepts.
  • Collaborate with the Product Development team to communicate consumer tensions, trends, and competitive benchmarking, contributing to the design of high-quality products.
  • Assist in developing and executing marketing strategies for new product launches, ensuring alignment with brand positioning and market trends.

You will bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, or related field.
  • 3-5 years experience in marketing, with exposure to innovation management, preferably within the direct sales industry.
  • Experience supporting new product launches in the health and wellness industry.
  • Understanding of consumer behavior and market trends within the health and wellness sector.
  • Familiarity with data-driven decision-making processes.
  • Strong organisational and collaboration skills, with a history of contributing to successful product innovations.
