Description
- Develop and implement effective digital marketing strategies to drive business growth.
- Manage the digital marketing team and manage all digital marketing channels - website (Shopify), SEO, Paid advertising, Email Marketing and Social Media.
- Measure ROI and KPIs and manage budget.
- Partner with different teams to ensure brand consistency.
- Stay up-to-date with digital technology trends.
- Liaise with Marketing, Sales, Design and Content teams to optimize customer experience and ensure brand consistency.
- Identify advertising needs and establish best practices in digital marketing.
Profile
A successful Senior Digital Marketing Manager should have:
- Minimum 5 years experience in a digital marketing role.
- Proven experience in managing website, customer database, email, social media and paid search & advertising campaigns.
- Familiarity with Shopify, web design and HTML.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to set and prioritize goals.
- Strategic abilities with a creative mindset.
- Industry experience working with fashion, retail, lifestyle, or homeware brands.
- Desired: Partnership experience
