Are you a talented and creative 3D Visualizer looking to join a fast-expanding global design studio?

We are currently seeking such an individual to join our clients an award-winning interior design studio to work on projects both in London and the UAE. Our clients are rapidly expanding their team in London due to the increase in projects and the company’s future growth plans. This is why this position in the first instance will be working from home until next year when the procurement of their London office has been completed.

Ideally, they are looking for someone with a minimum of 3 years of experience to work on residential, workplace and commercial interior design projects across the GCC and UK.

The successful 3D Visualizer will be offered:

  • Negotiable salary

  • WFH – (This position will be working from home until next year when the procurement of the office has been completed. Once completed this position will be working from the office)

3D Visualizer requirements:

  • 3+ years’ experience as a 3D Visualizer within Interior Design or Architecture  
  • Strong proficiency in 3D visualization software 3ds Max, SketchUp, V-Ray, AutoCAD and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Experience working on residential, workplace and/or commercial projects
  • Creative talent, imagination and eye for detail 
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while managing individual project timelines.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present ideas clearly to clients and team members.
  • Technical Diploma from a recognized and accredited Institution. A graphic background or similar certification/training would be desirable.
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.

Key responsibilities for this 3D Visualizer position include:

  • Create high-quality 3D models and renderings of interior spaces based on design concepts and specifications.
  • Collaborate with the designers to understand project requirements and ensure accurate representation of design intent.
  • Utilize advanced rendering software and tools to produce photorealistic images that showcase design ideas effectively.
  • Develop and maintain a library of 3D assets, including furniture, fixtures, and materials, to streamline the rendering process.
  • Prepare presentation materials, including mood boards and visual aids, to communicate design concepts to clients and stakeholders.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and techniques in 3D visualization and interior design.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality visuals.
  • Provide constructive feedback to team members and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
  • Assist in the development of project timelines and budgets, ensuring resources are allocated effectively.
  • Participate in client meetings and presentations, articulating design concepts and ideas clearly and confidently.
