Venn Group have partnered with a Local Authority in the South-East to support the Delivery of their new organisational Target Operating Model.
The council is looking at designing changes to processes and services as well as completing work to identify high-level changes in the operating model that can deliver financial savings and efficiencies.
The council is looking to recruit 5 interim candidates to join the Digital team, working closely with the Strategy and Change team and the wider business, to develop a business case for further investment into the programme as a whole and scope out the next phases of work.
3xDigital Designers & Developers are required, to engage users in a design process with the ability to implement changes, whether for prototyping or quick win delivery purposes.
The roles will suit people who are engaging, energetic, delivery-focused and flexible over method and process.
Working pattern: 3 days onsiteIR35 status: InsideContract length: 3 months initial
Key Responsibilities for the Digital Designer & Developer:
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Lead or support (in collaboration generalist business analysts) user-centred service design exercise and/or broader opportunity identification and to-be methods
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Analyse benefits to be delivered from propose changes
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Digest outputs of analysis and design into forms suitable for incorporation into business cases
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Implement digital elements of change (e.g. digital content, forms and workflows)
Desired Skills and Experience for the Digital Designer & Developer:

-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Local authority experience of working with Customer services, Social care or Housing
