We are looking for a Small Format Printer Finisher to join a well established and innovative print company in West London. Known for their high quality digital and small format print work, they are a busy, creative and forward thinking team that takes pride in delivering top notch results for a range of clients. If you love the smell of fresh prints, have a keen eye for detail and know your way around print and finishing machinery, this could be the perfect role for you.

You will be hands on with print production, making sure everything runs smoothly from start to finish. That means operating and maintaining small format print and finishing equipment, troubleshooting any hiccups and ensuring every job meets top quality standards. No two days are the same and there is always something new to tackle.

• Setting up and running print and finishing machines
• Checking print quality and making adjustments as needed
• Troubleshooting and fixing minor technical issues
• Managing stock levels and keeping records of print jobs
• Keeping the workspace clean and organised
• Staying up to date with the latest print tech and trends

• Experience with small format printing and finishing machinery
• A sharp eye for detail – quality control is key
• Strong problem solving skills – print does not always go to plan
• A team player who can handle deadlines and fast turnarounds
• Someone with great communication and organisation skills

• £25,000 to £30,000 DOE
