Night Manager

We are looking to appoint a dynamic Night Manager with an outstanding passion for creating memorable experiences, not only for their guests, but also for their team. The candidate will be responsible in ensuring consistent service delivery, as well as the safety and security of our hotel guests and premises throughout the night.

Who are we looking for?

• a confident and driven individual who will become the ambassador of The Beaumont by embracing and demonstrating our values on a daily basis
• a responsible leader who will have the experience and character to act on behalf of and represent the Executive Management in their absence
• someone who keeps the safety and security of the entire hotel in mind at all times and has the ability of conducting a full- site evacuation in the event of an emergency
• a true host who will be instrumental in building relationships with our guests, proactively gaining a list of contacts, who see you as their first port of call
• someone who will ensure our guests experience a seamless service and complaints are responded to in a pro-active manner, with the view to build processes that eliminate their repetition

Some of the main duties:

• overseeing the smooth running of the operations of the entire hotel at night and greet our guests upon their return to the hotel
• ensuring guests full satisfaction during their stay
• ensuring all shift tasks and responsibilities are completed to fully prepare the department for the following day
