- Minute examination board meetings and manage system access for students and staff.
- Support coursework submission processes, assessment administration, and quality assurance.
- Ensure compliance with examination and assessment regulations.
- Manage mark entry, progression, and award data.
- Act as the first point of contact for external examiners and ensure they understand institutional regulations.
- Communicate results, feedback, and assessment procedures to students.
- Work closely with internal teams to support the examination and assessment prize process.
- Identify and escalate issues related to student assessment and coursework processes.
- Experience in assessment and regulations administration within higher education.
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Excel and data management.
- Ability to work collaboratively and provide excellent service to students and staff.
