An innovative Consultancy with a reputation for fast yet steady growth are looking for a Principal Designer / CDM Consultant to oversee a new range of projects. They are on the lookout for an ambitous Principal Designer / CDM Consultant, who is aiming to progress into Senior position in the near future. They always look to promote from within and will provide an opportunity to work on projects which are varied and provides access to pretsigous clients.

The CDM Consultant Role

As a CDM Consultant, you will take on a crucial role, leading meetings and providing expert advice to clients across core Construction sectors, including some of the most prestigious contracts within the company. You will work within a CDM department as well as others, over various PD and PD support contracts.

What We're Looking For:

  • Qualifications: NEBOSH Construction Certificate (essential), Tech IOSH (minimum), APS membership (preferred).
  • Experience: A minimum of 3 years within a CDM role
  • Skills: Strong communication skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
