What you’ll do:

Oversee operational support for delegated classes of business, including binding authorities and lineslips
Manage compliance with company standards, ensuring data quality and policy adherence
Build and maintain relationships with Coverholders, MGAs, and TPAs, managing due diligence and annual reviews
Collaborate across departments to align processes and implement regulatory directives
Drive operational efficiencies; lead improvements, enhance systems, and champion cost-efficiency initiatives
Support statutory and regulatory reporting while ensuring systems remain fit for purpose
Leverage outsourcing to enhance processes and achieve results
