On-site you will be able to access their amazing facilities and quirky working spaces, as well as free breakfast/ lunch/ dinner, on-site gyms, outdoor spaces and roof gardens, wellness rooms and sleep pods.Job Description :Project Description:?As an Ethics & Business Integrity Compliance Specialist, you will provide support to the EBI EMEA team on various compliance matters and projects of moderate risk and complexity. The focus of this role is managing and improving existing processes, creating new processes and overseeing their implementation, managing and organizing information and documentation for the benefit of the team which they support to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the team and, acting as an expert and thought leader in high impact areas. You'll interact with multiple groups within the Risk, Compliance & Integrity Function, with internal clients across the business, Product Area Compliance Leads, and with external parties.Key Responsibilities: 
  • Manage legal matters of moderate impact, risk, and complexity with limited oversight. Field moderate risk and complex escalations from the team and internal/external clients in areas of subject expertise. Delegate and assign/oversee tasks to other Regional Counsel.
  • Implement system or process enhancements to manage workflow more effectively.
  • Own projects of moderate impact, risk, and complexity; act as subject matter expert and primary point person on multiple project areas, coordinate cross-functionally on project specifications, maintain feedback loop with stakeholders to identify issues and drive further improvement.
  • Provide support to Product Area Compliance Leads in the region.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Law, or similar field
  • 3-5 years previous experience in ethics and compliance
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience using the organisations workspace
  • Ability to prioritize and manage numerous simultaneous projects.
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills.
