Head of Compliance

London/RemotePermanent - £90 - £100k plus car allowance

We are currently working with a leading UK property maintenance specialist, who provide property management solutions across a range of sectors including social housing. They are looking to recruit a Head of Compliance. The Head of Compliance is responsible for developing and leading a robust risk and compliance framework that ensures the organisation meets all regulatory, legal, and operational obligations.

Responsibilities of the successful candidate will include:

  • Designing, implementing, and leading a risk and compliance strategy that aligns with corporate objectives and regulatory requirements
  • Providing oversight and assurance to the Executive team, ensuring risk mitigation measures are effective and responsive to business needs
  • Developing and maintaining a comprehensive compliance framework
  • Establishing a industry leading internal audit and quality assurance function
  • Managing ISO accreditation processes across the business
  • Leading and inspiring the Risk and Compliance team to support the above objectives
