We are currently working with a leading UK property maintenance specialist, who provide property management solutions across a range of sectors including social housing. They are looking to recruit a Head of Compliance. The Head of Compliance is responsible for developing and leading a robust risk and compliance framework that ensures the organisation meets all regulatory, legal, and operational obligations.

Responsibilities of the successful candidate will include:

Designing, implementing, and leading a risk and compliance strategy that aligns with corporate objectives and regulatory requirements
Providing oversight and assurance to the Executive team, ensuring risk mitigation measures are effective and responsive to business needs
Developing and maintaining a comprehensive compliance framework
Establishing a industry leading internal audit and quality assurance function
Managing ISO accreditation processes across the business
Leading and inspiring the Risk and Compliance team to support the above objectives
