Role: Manager, Office of Ethics & Compliance

Location: Remote

Pay Rate: £84,000

Are you a seasoned professional with a strong background in ethics and compliance, and a passion for driving integrity in business? Join us as a Manager, Office of Ethics & Compliance and lead the compliance efforts for our German and Central Eastern Europe (CEE) affiliates.

Your Role:

  • Lead Compliance Programs: Develop, implement, and oversee effective compliance initiatives. Regularly update policies to meet local legal and industry requirements.
  • Train and Advise: Deliver engaging training sessions and provide compliance guidance across the organization, especially in anti-corruption and healthcare regulations.
  • Monitor and Ensure Integrity: Lead the monitoring of key business activities to maintain robust control systems. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure transparency.
  • Stay Ahead: Keep pace with evolving industry trends, from healthcare regulations to new technologies, ensuring the business is always one step ahead.
  • Collaborate and Communicate: Work with senior management across departments, fostering open discussions to promote ethical practices.
  • Support Key Initiatives: Drive corporate compliance initiatives and actively support audits and investigations when necessary.

What We're Looking For:

  • University degree in Law, Finance, Business, or related fields.
  • 6-10 years of relevant experience, including a solid background in compliance (healthcare industry experience is a plus).
  • Exceptional knowledge of the healthcare industry in Germany or the DACH region.
  • Strong ethical judgment and business acumen.
  • Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
  • Proficiency in legal matters and the ability to balance multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with experience in managing direct reports.
