A Lloyd's Managing Agency is seeking a compliance analyst. The firm are moving into marine insurance having experienced rapid growth in non-marine markets.
As such, they need somebody with circa 2-3 years experience of working on marine insurance compliance, with knowledge and experience of client due-diligence and sanctions. You will, however, be involved in wider regulatory compliance matters, including some financial crime work.
There are 3 other compliance specialists in the team; two are relatively new to their careers, so you will act as mentor to them in areas they are less-familiar with - sanctions, for example.
The firm has won prestigious awards for their culture, one that has less of a corporate feel and is highly-collaborative. The compliance team is high-performing function and you will progress your career quickly within it.
Salary range is £50,000 - £55,000 + a review bonus and a further bonus based on company performance. You will also receive an excellent pension package and other benefits.
You'll need to be a confident, inquisitive individual with ambition.
