Our client, a distinguished leader in the finance sector, is on the hunt for a seasoned and dynamic Operational Risk Compliance Manager to join their esteemed Compliance Department. This role is pivotal in ensuring the company's adherence to all relevant regulations, industry standards, and best practices, including the company's code of conduct and policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational Risk Loss Reporting: Oversee the operational risk process, ensuring all issues are identified, reported, and addressed efficiently.
  • Permanent Supervision: Take charge of the Permanent Supervision process, driving the implementation of controls and managing the administration of the Permanent Supervision system.
  • Dysfunctions and Improvements: Lead the monthly monitoring process, ensuring prompt reporting and follow-up on identified issues or improvements.
  • Risk Assessments: Collaborate with stakeholders for conducting and managing periodic assessments, ensuring Comprehensive coverage and timely campaign closure.
  • Reporting: Craft and present comprehensive reports at the quarterly Compliance Committee and ensure all risk and compliance reporting is of the highest quality.
  • Outsourced Suppliers: Manage and monitor outsourced suppliers, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
  • Policies and Procedures: Review, maintain, and/or create necessary policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency and compliance.
