Support policy consultation and new regulatory projects. * FCA Relationship Management: Nurture our regulatory relationships and prepare comprehensive briefing materials. * Regulatory Transactions: Coordinate regulatory approvals and ensure our reports are always accurate. Skills and Experience Required:* Expert Knowledge: Possess a deep understanding of FCA rules and the EU regulatory framework for insurance brokers. * Experience: Have prior experience in regulatory affairs within financial services. * Analytical Skills: Be able to draw clear and practical conclusions from complex regulations. * Communication: Exhibit strong oral and written communication skills. * Relationship Building: Build and establish credibility, and wield influence with stakeholders. * Self-Management: Demonstrate high self-awareness and effective self-management.
