This role offers the chance to lead and manage risk and compliance processes for a prominent firm, ensuring regulatory adherence and supporting the Head of Risk and Compliance in embedding best practices across the region.

**Key Responsibilities of the Risk & Compliance Manager:**

- Implement and maintain Risk Management Policy and Framework

- Ensure compliance with Conduct Risk Framework

- Complete Board and Executive reporting on Risk and Compliance matters

- Manage approval processes for new producers and insurer relationships

- Oversee Complaints and Breach Management processes

**Required knowledge and experience for the Risk & Compliance Manager role:**

- Extensive knowledge of regulatory compliance in the insurance sector

- Strong leadership and communication skills

- Experience in implementing risk management frameworks

- Ability to liaise effectively with senior stakeholders

- Proficiency in compliance monitoring and reporting
