  • Ensure Compliance Excellence - Provide comprehensive compliance guidance to align business operations with regulatory standards for the Group and its subsidiaries.
  • Monitor Regulatory Changes - Stay alert to new and proposed legislation, updating internal policies and procedures promptly to stay compliant.
  • Manage Compliance Risks - Identify, assess, and strategise on mitigating compliance risks, sharing detailed risk reports to address challenges proactively.
  • Foster Collaborative Compliance - Work with the global Compliance teams to strengthen and ensure consistent compliance efforts.
  • Build Regulatory Relationships - Act as a liaison with regulatory authorities and industry standards organisations to foster effective communication and cooperation.
  • Strategic Compliance Planning - Develop and implement strategies for monitoring compliance, conducting audits, and revising the annual compliance work plan.

You will need:

  • A degree in finance, law, banking, or a relevant field.
  • Over 15 years of experience in compliance.
  • Expertise in corporate governance, AML, investment or payment services regulations, crypto asset regulatory frameworks, and relevant legislation.
  • Experience interacting with regulatory bodies.
  • Strong understanding of legal requirements and controls.
  • Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
